Kozhikode: IUML\'s civil rights rally on October 2

All crucial decisions for the success of the event were made in the presence of state general secretary K.P.A. Majeed.

KOZHIKODE: The Indian Union Muslim League has started arrangements for conducting a civil rights rally on October 2 with the slogan 'Fearless India, Everybody's India'. The rally will be held in Kozhikode and Ernakulam on the same day.

Activists from Kasargod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malappuram and Palakkad districts will meet in Kozhikode while activists from Thrissur, Ernakulam, Alappuzha, and Idukki districts will meet at Ernakulam. The final announcement of the event will be declared in Thiruvananthapuram later.

MSF State meet and Muslim League Kozhikode District Council were held in connection with the preparations for the function.

The rally is aimed at raising slogans for ensuring humanitarian consideration for the lakhs expelled from the citizenship register of Assam, protecting the human rights of the common people of Kashmir and ending state's atrocities against minorities and backward classes.
