Telangana govt fails to appoint heads of minority bodies

Hyderabad: The state government once again failed to appoint regular heads to the minorities institutions. It has entrusted additional responsibilities to minorities welfare director Shahnawaz Qasim and chief executive officer Wakf Board Abdul Hameed.
The state government issued a government order in this regard on Friday which said that Mr Qasim would be in-charge director and secretary of the Urdu Academy and director, Telangana State Study Circle, Mr Hameed was made incharge of the Haj Committee.
