Telangana: IAS officers to meet Chief Secretary tomorrow
Hyderabad: The Telangana IAS officers association on Thursday decided to meet Chief Secretary S.P. Singh over the issue of misbehaviour of TRS MLA Shankar Naik with Mahbubabad collector Preethi Meena.
The association met under its president and Special Chief Secretary of planning department B.P. Acharya. The members thanked Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for responding promptly to the incident.
During the meeting they discussed the incidents that happend in the recent past involving IAS officers. They decided to meet the Chief Secretary on Friday, explain the issue and submit a memmorandum.
Mahbubabad collector Preethi Meena will also meet the Chief Secretary on Friday along with the IAS officers’ delegation. The meeting came to the conclusion that separate mechanism should be established to prevent such incidents. The meeting also strongly condemned the misbehaviour of the MLA with Mahbubabad collector.
