Agrigold bosses won't be released: AP CID

VIJAYAWADA: AP CID on Wednesday said that Agrigold directors would not be released from prison until the Eluru court grants them a bail.

The CID had filed a chargesheet against Agrigold directors in Eluru court, which makes its concurrence mandatory for their release.

“In one case at Eluru, we have filed chargesheet on all the accused and all are in the Eluru Jail. They have stated that they cannot get the bail until the Eluru court provides the bail. Even the orders of Machilipatnam District Court has not yet received,” they added.
