College admission can go on, inform students: Hyderabad High Court

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court has permitted the Sultan-Ul-Uloom Educational Society to admit students to Muffakham Jah College of Engineering & Technology, Amjad All Khan College of Business Administration and Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy run by the society for the academic year 2017-18, with a condition that the management should inform the students about the civil litigation pending over the title of the land on which these colleges are located.

The HC was dealing with three petitions filed by the society challenging the action of the All India Council for Technical Education withdrawing approval for the colleges.
