Hyderabad: The Telangana government has issued a tender notification calling bids for development of the area in SKVBR Botanical Garden at Kothaguda near the Hitec City.
The Telangana forest development corporation (TSFDC) said in the notification that the last date to file tenders is May 22. FDC has banned retired officers of the AP government and the Central government from filing tenders. The FDC said retired officers of AP and Central government executing works are disqualified from tendering for a period of two years from the date of their retirement, without the prior permission of the government.
The FDC also said that the contractor shall not be eligible to float tender for works in the division/circle where any of his near relatives are employed in the rank of assistant engineer or assistant executive engineer and above on the engineering side and divisional accounts officer and above on the administrative side.
If the prime contractor desires to sub-let a part of the work, the total value of works to be awarded shall not exceed 50%.
