Chandrababu Naidu and Jagan Mohan Reddy to celebrate Sankranti in same constituency

TIRUPATI: The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, and Opposition leader Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will celebrate Sankranti at Chandragiri constituency in Chittoor district. Like every year, Mr Naidu’s family has reached Naravaripalle in the Chandragiri constituency. The Chief Minister along with IT Minister Mr Nara Lokesh reached Naravaripalle in the evening.

The Chief Minister and his family will celebrate Bhogi and Sankranti on January 14 and 15 respectively. The Chief Minister will stay for four days in the district.
Meanwhile Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will end the day of Praja Sankalpa Yatra at Paarakalva under Ramachandrapuram mandal in Chittoor district on Sunday. The Opposition leader will celebrate Sankranti on Monday in the same camp.

The police have made full length security arrangements for both the Chief Minister and the Opposition leader as they will be greeted by the party activists and other leaders in huge numbers. This is a rare scenario where the Chief Minister and Opposition leader will celebrate a festival close to each other.
