Hyderabad: Business partners file case on each other

A police complaint was filed (Crime No. 480 of 2019) at the Panjagutta police station.

Hyderabad: A quarrel between business partners Hameed Uz Zama Khan and Naresh Solanki has turned bitter with each of them filing police complaints against the other.

On November 5, Deccan Chronicle reported that a case (Crime No. 217 of 2019 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad) was registered against Solanki by Khan for alleged cheating.

On September 21, Solanki had alleged that Khan had stolen the cheques in his possession and forged his signatures and presented them for encashment.

A police complaint was filed (Crime No. 480 of 2019) at the Panjagutta police station. Investigation is in progress, he said.

A petition has also been filed in the High Court with regard to the case against Solanki and interim relief has been granted.

Solanki says he has been falsely implicated with the sole motive to tarnish his image before the ensuing elections to the Nizam Club where he is a contestant.
