Hyderabad: A majority of Telangana will receive light scattered showers for the next 24 hours. However, western districts in the state will receive heavy rainfall.
Heavy to very heavy rain is very likely at isolated places in the districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Kumaram Bheem, Nirmal, Jagital, Mancherial , Peddapalle, Bhupalpally, Karimn-agar, Badradri Kothagu-dem,Jangaon, Mahab-ubabad, Khammam, Suryapet and Nalgonda on Monday.
Hyderabad will witness a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain. Vice-president of meteorology and climate change Mr Mahesh Palawat said, “As monsoon is progressing, low pressure areas are developing on north or north-west of Bay of Bengal. Sometimes their influence is seen on northern districts, but south of Telangana weather is almost dry.”
