Sanathnagar police arrested K. Ramachandra Reddy, a 30-year-old realtor, for allegedly cheating G. Venkat Reddy, a businessman, of nearly Rs 25 lakh.
Hyderabad: Several TD leaders were taken into preventive custody after they tried to barge into the Ranga Reddy district collectorate on Monday, demanding CBI probe into the Miyapur land scam, alleging the involvement of ruling party leaders.
TS TD president L. Ramana and working president A. Revanth Reddy, national general-secretary Revuri Prakash Reddy and E. Peddireddy, addressing the TD workers at the dharna, said they do not have any confidence in the state-sponsored CID probe.
