Karnataka will see political tremors after LS poll verdict: Malikayya Guttedar
Kalaburagi: Former minister and BJP leader Malikayya Guttedar on Sunday said there will be a "major political tremor" in the state after the announcement of the Lok Sabha poll results as well as the results of the two Assembly bypolls.
Addressing the media here Mr Guttedar, declared that BJP candidates will bag the two Assembly seats as people are fed with the coalition government which has totally failed to deliver the goods. "Fearing defeat in Chincholi, Congress leaders are making a beeline to the constituency but they will not succeed in their game", Mr Guttedar remarked.
He also launched a frontal attack on veteran Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge saying, “Mr Kharge wonders how vanquished wrestlers (like Guttedar, Baburao Chinchansur and Dr A.B. Maalakaraddi) can defeat a big champion like him in Kalaburagi as well as the Congress candidate in Chincholi Subash Rathod. Mr Kharge will get the reply on May 23 as the BJP candidate Dr Umesh Jadhav will register a thumping victory. Similarly Dr Avinash Jadhav will also win the Chincholi seat,” Mr Guttedar remarked.
