Patna: The autopsy report of Aditya Sachdeva who was allegedly killed by Rocky Yadav confirms point blank murder.
The report reveals that his “his vertebrae were found fractured and he died due to brain injury”. The autopsy report was handed over to the Gaya Police on Thursday.
Rocky Yadav is currently on Police remand. Police said bullet fired from the pistol of Rocky had hit Aditya on his head from behind.
Meanwhile the family members of Aditya have demanded speedy investigation and trial into the incident. His mother while talking to media also questioned Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s silence on the issue.
“We fail to understand why Chief Minister has not said anything on the issue. Earlier during his previous term there used to be better law and order in Bihar”, Aditya Sachdeva’s mother said while talking to reporters on Thursday.
She also raised her doubts over Rocky’s mother and suspended JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi not being arrested even after liquor bottles were found from her house. She said, “I don’t know why she was not arrested immediately after liquor bottles were recovered from her residential premises”.
