CV Anand is new Inspector-General of Central Industrial Security Force

Hyderabad: The state government on Thursday issued orders relieving senior IPS officer C.V. Anand from the post of commissioner of civil supplies to enable him to take up his new assignment on deputation as Inspector-General of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Senior IPS officer Dr Akun Sabharwal has been placed in full additional charge of the post of civil supplies commissioner in the place of Mr Anand.

Dr Sabharwal is currently serving as director, enforcement in the office of the commissioner of prohibition and excise. Dr Sabharwal is currently on leave. Principal secretary of roads and buildings department, Sunil Sharma, has been placed in full additional charge as civil supplies commissioner till Dr Sabharwal returns from leave.
