DMK presents Governor with memorandum
They asked Governor CH Vidyasagar Rao to seek resignations of CM Edappadi K. Palanisami and 10 of his cabinet colleagues.
CHENNAI: DMK on Wednesday asked Governor CH Vidyasagar Rao to seek resignations of Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palanisami and 10 of his cabinet colleagues for allegedly distributing money to voters in the now cancelled byelection to Dr RK Nagar constituency and order a CBI inquiry. In a memorandum submitted by DMK leaders Duraimurugan, Tiruchi Siva and R. S. Bharathi to the Governor in Mumbai, DMK working president M.K. Stalin said the Chief Minister and his cabinet ministers distributed money in a systematic manner.
