Thiruvananthapuram: The LDF will launch its formal campaign for C. Divakaran on Wedn-esday with a major convention to be addressed by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at the Putharikandam Maidan.
While Mr Divakaran has already started visiting different localities in city and the outskirts at the individual level, the LDF campaign committee is planning to launch systematic electioneering soon.
Having taken the lead in announcing their candidate, the LDF candidate wants to reach out to maximum voters till the BJP and Congress makes official annou-ncement on Tharoor and Kummanam.
The Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha seat is all set to witness mother of all electoral battles this time.
