Telangana: Path cleared for Common Entrance Test

Hyderabad: The higher education council has got clearance regarding service providers, who will be taking care of online registration, fee payment, recording biometric data and other formalities.

Aptech and Magnetic Infotech that quoted the lowest bids will be taking care of online and offline CETs. The Eamcet notification was released on Saturday. According to convener Dr N. Yadaiah, authorities will consult service providers and check their preparedness before releasing the notification. All other CET conveners were also to work on dates and release notification over the next few days.

TSCHE chairman Prof. Papi Reddy stated that there will be no change in entrance exam dates. ECET will be held on May 6, Eamcet on May 12 followed by other CETs.
