Coimbatore: An awards day ceremony was organised to honour faculty members, research scholars and students at PSG College of Arts and Science here on Saturday.
The awards for faculty and students were given for their outstanding performances during 2015 in their respective disciplines, academic excellence, departmental activities, research patents, research publications in international and nationally reputed journals, articles, industry collaborations, product development contribution to various clubs and activities in the college.
Awards were also given to faculty and students for their national level recognition in NSS, NCC, sports, cultural events and academic excellence. Ms V. Rajshree Pathy, director of Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. gave away the awards.
