BJYM to launch awareness campaign for BJP schemes
Nellore: In the backdrop of criticism against the BJP government by the ruling TD that they had done nothing for Andhra Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s youth wing, Yuvajana Morcha is launching a campaign to create awareness on several welfare programmes launched by the Centre.
BJYM state president N. Ramesh Naidu told the party youth wing members to organise bike rallies to enlighten the people on the benefits AP received from the Centre.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, he said the protests of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu were nothing but drama.
Alleging that the CM had hired paid workers to run the agitation for special category status, he rebuked him for spending government funds for organizing protests.
He said Mr Naidu was attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi to avoid submitting accounts as it would expose his misdeeds.
Predicting a TD debacle in the ensuing elections, he said it was the last elections for Mr Naidu.
Pointing to the proposed visit of the Prime Minister to Visakhapatnam on February 27, he said the Prime Minister would give details of the funds released for Andhra Pradesh and expose the irregularities committed by the TD government.
