Modi's twitter acumen gets a jolt; wishes Afghan President on wrong day

Mumbai: All are aware of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s new media alacrity. Be it Facebook or Twitter, the Prime Minister seems to be the most sought after personality in all of these platforms. However, he saw a major slip on Friday as he tweeted birthday wishes to Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani on February 12. However, Ghani’s birthday is on May 19.

Probability could be that one of the Prime Minister’s yes man might have scrolled through search engines and bumped into some flimsy biographical excerpts on the Afghan President which might have flashed the Ghani’s birthday on the February 12.
