Hyderabad: Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind (Mahmood Madani group), led by Moulana Arshad Madani, will observe a nation-wide protest against the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) on Friday. The group is contemplating involving other social groups in the campaign.
General secretary, Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Moulana Hafiz Khaleeq Ahmed Sabir, said a demonstration will be held after jumma prayers at over 500 mosques in the Telugu-speaking states on December 13.
