Bengaluru: A Kannada music album with the objective of promoting awareness and consciousness about children on sustainable goals laid down by UN charter will be released on Saturday. UNICEF and the state education department are partners in this project.
The four songs in the album will cover themes such as child rights, education, health and sanitation. Artistes from the Kannada film and music industry, Puneet Rajkumar, Ragini Dwivedi, Sanjjana Galrani will launch the songs. The songs hope to promote local language and culture and achieve consciousness towards the basic ideals of attaining a harmonious and healthy environment for children and their overall health and development.
