In a separate incident Friday night, terrorists attacked 42 41 RR Army HQ in forest area of Kalaroose Kupwara district.
The attack which took place on Friday, injured a soldier who was later shifted to the military hospital Drugmulla for treatment.
Srinagar: A woman was killed when Pakistan violated ceasefire in Jammu and Kashmir's Mendhar sector at 5:30 am on Saturday.
"The 45-year-old woman Raqia Begum was a resident of upper Golat in Mendhar," said Mendhar Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Riyaz Tantray.
