JC Diwakar Reddy moves court over flying ban

Hyderabad: Telugu Desam MP J.C. Diwakar Reddy on Tuesday moved the Hyderabad High Court seeking to declare the flying ban imposed on him by all major domestic airlines in the country as illegal. In his petition, the TD MP urged the court to direct the civil aviation ministry and all airlines to permit him to take flights as at his age, he couldn’t think of alternative modes of transport due to health reasons. The airline companies imposed a flying ban on the MP for his alleged misbehaviour with Indigo Airlines staff at Visakhapatnam on June 16.
