Hyderabad: A 19-year-old student from the city, who ran away with an answer booklet after attending the Board of Intermediate supplementary examinations, was arrested by the Rein Bazaar police on Tuesday.
The arrested student has been identified as Mohd Huzef Ahmed, a resident of Moghulpura.
After failing in the Intermediate examinations in 2016, he has been attempting to pass Mathematics 1A subject during the supplementary examinations.
On March 9, Huzef Ahmed went to Islamia Degree College under Rein Bazaar police station limits to write the supplementary examination. After completion of the exam, at around 12 pm, when the invigilator was collecting the answer booklets of the students, Huzef did not hand over his booklet and ran out of the college carrying it.
