LDF will not field a candidate against Mr Jose K. Mani in the Rajya Sabha election. He asked whether the UDF was ready to face a by-election in Kottayam Parliament constituency. “Everyone is asking us whether the LDF will field a third candidate in the Rajya Sabha election. We will not do it because what is happening now in the UDF is not politics, but tiff among leaders. If there was politics, we would have happily fielded a candidate,” said Mr Kodiyeri.
