Chennai: In an incident that took place in Kilpauk on Thursday night, a 20-year-old girl got her boyfriend kidnapped and robbed to avenge his misbehaviour. According to the police, the victim Naveed (21), a resident of Kilpauk, was riding on his two-wheeler around 11 pm on Thursday night when three men, who had been following him on their two-wheeler, stopped behind him, and two of the three disembarked the vehicle, got on to his, and rode off with him sandwiched between them. The third biker followed them on his vehicle.

The kidnappers took him to Mugappair, Madhavaram, and eventually stopped near an isolated ground in Jafferkhanpet where they allegedly assaulted him and then fled with his iPhone and watch.
