Always had faith in security agencies: Kailash Satyarthi
New Delhi: Hailing the Delhi Police for finding the stolen replica of the Nobel Peace prize, Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi on Sunday said that no thief can escape from the police's hand, if the force decides to nab the miscreants.
He further said that being a police constable's son, he always had faith in the security agencies of the country.
"I have learnt that the thieves have been arrested, I wanted to thank Delhi police that they have done commendable work. I was quite confident from the beginning that the police will be able to crack the case," Satyarthi told ANI.
Along with recovery of stolen valuables including replica of Nobel Peace prize, three people have been arrested by the police.
According to police sources, the case of theft at Satyarthi's Delhi residence has been solved.
The child rights activist won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014. He shared the prize with Pakistan's Malala Yousafzai.
