Chennai: After a photograph showing commuters boarding a Chennai corporation dog vehicle surfaced on social media, the civic body official assured severe action against the driver for 'misusing' the vehicle, on Thursday.
The picture, believed to be clicked during the ongoing bus strike and reportedly taken in Arumbakkam, shows men and women boarding the dog vehicle while a few others wait for their turn.
“Due to bus strike, passengers are forced to use dog vehicle,” the message following the picture claimed.
Meanwhile, the Greater Chennai corporation, the owner of the vehicle, is yet to zero in on the driver and identify the vehicle.
