Naresh belongs to Machireddypally village in Kamareddy district. He has two younger sisters. He went to Abu Dhabi three years back to marry off his sisters.

The incident occurred after the workers had gone to sleep. The workers were late in reacting as they were sleeping.

The quarters had 32 rooms on two floors. The dead were from room numbers 17, 20 and 30. The fibre door of room #17 caught fire due to a short circuit. The fire spread fast as the beds had foam.
