Bengaluru: The High Court on Friday stayed the FIR and the proceedings against a police constable attached to the Ponnampete police station, who has been suspended for sharing an anti-Prime Minister post on his alleged Facebook page.
The constable, Abdul Samuel, had reportedly shared the post he had allegedly received from others against the Prime Minister Modi, which mentioned protests by the army. Following a complaint, he was suspended for alleged indiscipline, pending inquiry.
