Telangana: Oracle predicts riches for K Chandrasekhar Rao, ministers
Hyderabad: There will be good rains, a good harvest, and people will get rid of all evil. Thus spoke the oraclur Swarna Latha on Monday at the annual Rangam fete during the concluding ceremony of the two-day Bonalu at the Secunderabad Ujjaini Mahakali temple.
Unlike in the past, this time the oracle Swarna Latha concluded her predictions in two minutes. She said she was a bit dissatisfied with the arrangements made by the government, which had caused inconvenience to devotees.
She also said the Chief Minister and his Council of Ministers will enjoy good health this year and they will be richer too. She assured the people of Telangana that they need not worry about anything this year as everything good will happen for them. Speaking to the media later, minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav regretted the “inconvenience” caused to Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya yesterday.
He said that he had instructed the concerned police officials in charge of security at the temple to visit the minister and apologise to him for not allowing his vehicle right up to the temple premises even though protocol allows for this.
Certainly for the political class, if not for the people, all will continue to be well as the oracular predicts.
