K Chandrasekhar Rao out to appease Vishnu

K Chandrasekhar Rao plans Sudarshana yagam for water grid.

Hyderabad: With Mission Bhagiratha continuously missing deadlines, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is planning to seek divine intervention for its timely completion. Mr Rao is making preparations to perform a special yagam in his home constituency Gajwel to overcome the hurdles the project is facing.

The Chief Minister has already announced several times that the TRS would not seek votes in the 2019 Assembly elections if it fails to deliver project by then.

Mr Rao is learnt to have decided to perform the Sudarshana Yagam to appease Lord Vishnu. “This is a very powerful yagam and anyone aspiring for overall growth and success can opt for this. This is generally performed to overcome hurdles coming in the way of accomplishment of any task. This yagam has the power to overcome all hurdles, dispel all negative thoughts and attract positive thoughts essential,” a TRS functionary said.

The water grid was supposed to deliver its first results by April 30, covering nine Assembly constituencies in four districts including Gajwel and Siddipet, the home constituencies of the Chief Minister and irrigation minister T. Harish Rao, in Medak district.

This task has not been completed so far, though the government machinery has been occupied with it for the past year.

Indications are that the first phase would not become a reality till September. The Chief Minister feels that negative energies were obstructing the project and they could be eliminated by performing the Sudarshana Yagam.

The yagam is scheduled to coincide with the launch of the first phase of Water Grid operations in the first week of September. He had performed the Ayutha Chandi Maha Yagam at his farmhouse in Erravelli for five days in December last.
