THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: With just 18 days left for Chengannur bypoll, the ruling LDF got a shot in the arm with Kerala Congress (M) eulogising chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan's development initiatives and decision to do away with "nooku kooli."
In another development CPI state secretary Kanam Rajendran changed his earlier stand of not accepting votes of the Kerala Congress (M). The CPI leader has now made it clear that LDF would accept every single vote in Chengannur. The rethink comes in the wake of positive signals given by Mani camp and CPM's plea to change the rigid stand.
