Hyderabad: YSRC general secretary Vijay Sai Reddy and two other leaders escaped with injuries when their SUV overturned on ORR on Tuesday morning near Rajendranagar.
The group including Prasad Raju and Dasarath Reddy escaped with injuries as they were wearing seat belts. Soon after the accident the leaders were rushed to Apollo Hospital. Police said the YSRC leaders were going to RGIA to board a flight.
“The car overturned when the driver braked. A major mishap was averted as the driver had reduced speed,” a cop said. before it overturned," said a cop of Rajendranagar police station.
One side of the car was damaged in the mishap. Durga Prasad Raju suffered a fracture while Vijay Sai Reddy escaped with minor injuries. Doctors from Apollo Hospital said that they were out of danger and their condition is stable.
