Hyderabad: After more than two months, the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) held its first board meeting on Friday to discuss issues pertaining to the cantonment at the Defence Estates Office in Secunderabad.

Some of the residents turned up at the DEO office to meet the representatives and gave representations regarding the water scarcity.
They appealed to remove the water tariff disparity between SCB and GHMC areas. The members stated that the developmental works are on hold due to the financial crunch.
