HYDERABAD: The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (Nalsar), Hyderabad, has retained its position at second spot in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) preference rankings.
Based on the analysis of the institute preferences of CLAT toppers, it has been found that the National Law School of India University (NLSU), Bengaluru, is most preferred by candidates, followed by Nalsar.
Nalsar University of Law, which was established in 1998, has come a long way. Professor Ranbir Singh, the co-founder of Nalsar, said, “I am extremely happy to know that Nalsar has scaled such great heights. It was a challenge to build an institution of this stature. To know that it has benefited generations of students, and will continue to do so, is a great feeling.”
Professor Balakista Reddy, the registrar of Nalsar, said, “Nalsar provides the best infrastructure, placements and quality of education, so we definitely deserve one of the top spots. We will continue to work hard for the university.”
