Bhadrachalam: The stage is set for a celestial wedding in the holy town on April 13. Finishing touches are being given to the pandals in Mithila stadium. The temple and its premises are being spruced up and the swagatha dwaralu have been set up at all the roads in Bhadrachalam.
Temporary toilets have been readied and water will be made available everywhere. Ace swimmers have been kept on standby for pilgrims who might need help while bathing in Godavari. Shamiyanas have also been also set up the on the banks of the river for devotees.
The area of the Kalyana Mandapam will be divided into 24 sectors and LED televisions will be set up on all sides.
Voluntary organisations have been asked to distribute water and butter milk to the devotees coming to participate in the Sitarama Kalyanam.
The hospital has also been readied with emergency facilities. Security arrangements have also been beefed up, so that every devotee feels safe, secure and is able to enjoy the function to the fullest.
