A couple of months ago, one G. Rajesh and his wife Lakshmi Lavanya approached them to purchase the building.

As per the agreement, a sale deed was prepared in the name of the couple and they paid an advance. But without paying the balance, they got it registered in their name.

One B. Kasiram Singh was witness to the sale deed. Despite repeated requests, Rajesh did not pay the balance amount, forcing Vijay to approach the local police station.

However, he got no response from there, instead the CI of Markapuram abused and assaulted him.
