When Karnataka's chief secretary drew Modi's praise

Bengaluru: Just a month into office, Karnataka chief secretary, K. Ratnaprabha is already making waves. Her tweet about a real life incident which happened 27 years ago, has caught the attention of none else than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Five days back, Ms Prabha tweeted about the incident. "Narasappa of Idapnur in Raichur was grazing sheep near a school and I, a DC then, was passing by in my car. I stopped and called the teacher to enroll him and 27 years later, he was standing before me as a constable."
This post received over 3,000 likes and it drew the attention of PM Modi, who while speaking at a recent police officers' meet, mentioned Ms Ratnaprabha's feat without mentioning her name.
