Rajahmundry: YSR Congress commercial wing president Kuppam Prasad on Saturday told traders from the state would have felt satisfied if the state government had managed to achieve SCS to the state.
At present, traders and other commercial establishments from AP are facing harassments and other sorts of hardships by the ruling TD government.
Because of the failure and inefficiency and opportunistic politics of Mr Naidu, the traders have lost many of benefits from the Union government.
He said that due to lack of SCS to the state, the traders, youth and other sections of people in the state have been losing employment opportunities, industrial incentives and other incentives.
He said the SCS tag would have been a big support to these groups.
He claimed that SCS would be achieved by the state only under the leadership of YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
He said that Jagan was fighting for SCS from the beginning but Mr Chandrababu Naidu tried to sideline the topic of the SCS.
Rajahmundry former MLA Rowthu Surya Prakasa Rao, Floor leader to opposition in Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation Medapati Sharmila Reddy and others were present during the event.
