Bengaluru: Manyata Business Park promoter Embassy group has committed to fund construction of a flyover on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) just outside the park, estimated to cost Rs 120 crore. The proposed flyover would enable direct access to corporate occupiers and the residential home owners, which belongs to the previous promoters of Manyata, while another ramp would ease congestion on the ORR leading towards K.R. Puram. The Embassy group has also taken up a number of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to improve the city’s infrastructure.
Manyata Business Park, which co habits in a space that is shared by office and residential home owners has taken several proactive steps towards the betterment of the infrastructure around the region. The group claimed that it was maintaining all connecting public roads, which run through the park.
