Bengaluru: Two labourers were buried alive when the compound wall collapsed at an under-construction site in Chokkanahalli in Kothanur police limits on Monday evening. The deceased, Sooraj, 24, and Litin Choudhary, 34, hailed from West Bengal. They were living in a temporary shed at the construction site of Bhartiya City.
While labourers were working, the compound wall collapsed and the duo was stuck under the debris. Other labourers rushed to their rescue and by the time the two were pulled out, they died. The police were informed later.
