The incident happened at Kuttapara in Vithura-Peppara route on July 1.
Thiruvananthapuram: Vithura Police on Monday arrested three youth for stealing 3.5 sovereign gold chain from a pregnant wom-an. Her scooter was stopped and chilli powder was thrown into her eyes before robbing.
The arrested were identified as S. Sithu (21) of Adappupara Thottarikathu house, Tholikode, Chinju alias Midhun S. Nair (21) of Neelagiri house, Par-appara and M. Ummer Farook (21) of Thatt-arikath House, Parapp-ara.
The incident happened at Kuttapara in Vithura-Peppara route on July 1 when two youth travelling in a bike attacked Sruthi (26) of Tholicode Mankad Thattarikath house. They wore mask and the bike did not have a number plate.
