Passengers quarrel with Indigo staff in Hyderabad
The passengers said that they had reached the gate in time but were not allowed by the crew to board the flight.
Hyderabad: Passengers protested at the the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport when they were not allowed to board an IndiGo flight to Ahmedabad.
The passengers said that they had reached the gate in time but were not allowed by the crew to board the flight. Airline staff said the aircraft door was closed before the passengers reached the entry gate. Later in the day, three passengers missed another IndiGo flight to Delhi. Passengers said the staff closed the aircraft door early, but the airline said they did not show up in time.
The stranded passengers complained that one of them who missed the flight to Delhi had to undergo a medical procedure at the AIIMS.
