Hyderabad: A pedestrian died on the spot after an unidentified vehicle rammed into him at Aramghar in Rajendranagar on Saturday.
According to the Rajendranagar police, the four-wheeler was going towards Rajendranagar from Mehdipatnam when it rammed into the man while he was crossing the road at Aramghar crossroads. Immediately after the accident, the driver fled from the spot.
The police shifted the body to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for postmortem and registered a case under Sections 304A (causing death by negligence) and 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others).
