Hyderabad: Investigate role of ministers, says Nagam Janardhan Reddy

Hyderabad: BJP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy demanded that investigation agencies should probe the role of ministers behind the Miyapur land scam. Talking to the media on Thursday during a visit to Miyapur, Mr Nagam said the government was protecting the prime accused. “Why is the government which removed Tadikonda Rajaiha from the cabinet not taking action against ministers involved in the Miyapur land scam?” he asked.

Mr Nagam asked the government why it was not taking action as per reports submitted by the chairman of the Revenue Task Force, Mr S.K. Sinha. “Except for the action in the case of bhoodan lands, the government did not take any action on 15 reports submitted by the task force committee,” he said.
