Hyderabad: A seven-year-old boy, who went out to play near his house, was found murdered in a secluded place at Pahadishareef on Wednesday evening.
The boy identified as Mohd Yaseen, son of Mohd Basha, was a resident of Wadi-e-Mustafa area under Pahadishareef police station limits.
On Wednesday evening, Yaseen reportedly left the house to play along with others but did not return home for a long time.
His parents, who went on searching the kid, found him dead in a secluded place with injuries on his face.
Pahadishareef inspector M. Shankar said, “The boy was bleeding from nose and mouth. It seems to be a case of hitting him hard to death, but not throttling.”
A case of murder has been registered and the investigation is going on to find out the accused and the reasons for the murder.
