Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority is all set for the e-auction of gift plots from April 10. All details regarding the plots offered through the e-auction have been made available on www.mstcecommerce.com, which is related to www.hmda.gov.in and the central government’s company, MSTEC.

Following appeals from prospective property buyers, especially from other states and NRIs, the HMDA has extended the open plots auctions dates.
The HMDA, which had announced the auction of plots in layouts spread across different parts of the city and suburbs, has extended the last date for registration and payment of EMD to April 18. Likewise, the e-auction has been postponed and would be conducted from April 20 to 22 against the earlier dates of April 10 to 12.
Further, to create awareness among the prospective buyers, a pre-bid meeting for the e-auction was conducted at the HMDA office at Tarnaka on Saturday.
