NIA officer's murder: Rs 50,000 reward for lead on main accused
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh police has announced a reward of Rs 50,000 to those providing information leading to the arrest of main accused Muneer in the murder of the National Investigating Agency (NIA) Officer Tanzil Ahmed.
"Police has announced a reward of Rs 50,000 on the main accused Muneer," Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Daljeet Singh Chaudhary said.

Over a hundred people have been questioned following raids at several places in connection with the killing but no arrest has been made so far, DGP Javeed Ahmed said on Friday.
"No person has been arrested yet. However, over a hundred people have been questioned in raids conducted in Delhi, Bijnor and Aligarh," Ahmed said here.

Tanzil Ahmed, probing terror cases related to Indian Mujahideen, was shot dead on April 3 by two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants who also wounded his wife when they were returning home from a wedding near UP's Bijnor town.
