Mobile app to help SSIs: Jagat Prakash Nadda
Madanapalle: Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Jagat Prakash Nadda promised the support of the government to small scale industries similar to major industries.
He said that they have developed a mobile application exclusively to address the problems of small scale industries and a message is enough for the government to react immediately.
He revealed this while addressing weavers, students and intellectuals in different programmes held at Madanapalle on Monday. Stressing that handloom industry is the second biggest in the country after agriculture, he said that the government is committed to protect the interests of the weavers.
Referring to his interaction with various sections of the people including women, farmers, weavers and those involved unorganised sector during last two years, he said that issues affecting each section of the society being taken up with the ministries concerned to find a quick solution.
BJP senior leader Daggubati Purandheswari translated the speech of the minister. BJP Kisan Morcha national spokesman Challapalle Narasimha Reddy and BJP state general secretary Ravindra Raju were present among others.
